Responsibilities:

Perform due diligence on alternative funds and prepare recommendations
Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential co-invest direct lending opportunities, including cash flow modeling, valuation analysis, review legal terms and assessment of financial and operational performance.
Conduct industry and market research to support investment decisions and identify emerging trends that could impact the portfolio.
Monitor the performance of existing investments, including analysis of quarterly financial statements, and ongoing communication with private fund managers.
Work closely with other team members to share market insights, investment ideas, and best practices. Contribute to the overall success of the platform through proactive engagement and teamwork.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CFA or CAIA preferred.
5 years' experience in fund of funds, alternative investment, asset management firm, or a related field.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence
