About Our Client

Our client is a well-established financial services organisation with a strong presence in capital markets and corporate finance.

Job Description

Provide independent review and challenge on business activities and transactions
Support the enhancement of governance, control and risk management frameworks
Review key documentation and provide recommendations to improve quality and consistency
Advise stakeholders on regulatory and procedural matters
Coordinate with internal and external parties to support business initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder in a legal degree with strong IPO experience is highly preferred
Relevant experience within financial services, law firm or professional services, experience in working with HKEx or SFC is preferred;
Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
