Job Description
- Define and drive the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer/advisor needs.
- Act as a key bridge between business and technology teams, coordinating across stakeholders such as compliance, front office, business units, data scientists, AI engineers, and UX designers.
- Develop and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and support rapid prototyping/Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives to accelerate solution design and validation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (e.g., model performance, ROI), enabling continuous evaluation and scaling of successful AI solutions across the organization.
- Maintain strong awareness of business priorities and proactively identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytics outputs to meet evolving business demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of AI solutions with clear performance tracking mechanisms.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Comply with all applicable internal policies, procedures, and control standards in daily operations and project execution.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, data analytics, or technical roles; exposure to financial services, fintech, or data-driven platforms is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of modern AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and frameworks such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and AI methodologies, with hands-on experience in applying algorithms to real-world business scenarios.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive alignment in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Strong ownership mindset, customer-oriented approach, and a commitment to delivering efficient and effective solutions.
