Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to drive the growth of FWD's Direct business by enhancing digital platform capabilities and delivering exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects that strengthen FWD's position as a leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital insurance platform.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to drive the growth of FWD's Direct business by enhancing digital platform capabilities and delivering exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects that strengthen FWD's position as a leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital insurance platform.
The Job
Digital Business Growth & Innovation
- Drive continuous enhancement of FWD's digital platforms to improve customer experience and business performance
- Share market insights, best practices, and industry developments with key stakeholders to support business growth and digital transformation
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and post-launch support
- Collaborate with internal business units, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Determine project scope, timelines, implementation approaches, and deliverable acceptance criteria
- Prioritize multiple projects and initiatives based on business needs and strategic objectives
- Recommend and allocate project resources to maximize delivery effectiveness
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure proper project governance, documentation, and adherence to established project management standards
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align project outcomes with business objectives
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and business impacts effectively
- Conduct project briefings, knowledge transfer sessions, and launch readiness activities to support successful implementation and adoption
Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, project frameworks, and delivery standards
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency and customer experience
The Person
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital project management, product management, or e-Commerce platform delivery
- Candidate with more experience and a strong track records may be considered for the Senior Manager position
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives in Agile and/or Scrum environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related platforms
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
