About Our Client

A leading Chinese assets management firm.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supporting the daily operational management of funds, including account opening, trade settlement, cash transfers, expense payments, and periodic reporting
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of fund operations and management
Optimize fund operational processes to reduce operational risks
Coordinate with internal and external parties, including administrators, custodians, auditors, and counterparties
Assist in the launch of new products, design operational workflows, and conduct related testing
Be familiar with public funds, ETF products, and derivatives trading
Handle other tasks assigned by the department

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

5 years of relevant work experiences in fund operations.
Experience in buy-side, financial advisory (FA), or brokerage derivatives desk operations is preferred.
Familiar with derivatives trading operations.
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
