Key Responsibilities:

Case setup and New Business processing: reading emails and Broker memos for understanding and action; data input into various systems; indexing documents and preparing cases for underwriting review; reviewing new business requirements to determine if they are in good order
Client Due Diligence: perform name screening and discounting in accordance with the company’s AML/CFT guidelines and procedures; escalate and work with line 1.5 Operational Compliance and line 2 Compliance

Preferred Skills:

Mandarin fluency is required
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Accurate data input
Time management and ability to shift priorities on demand
Communicate with various internal stakeholders, Brokers and individuals with different cultures
Multi-tasking

Job Requirements:

Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in life insurance operations, preferrable in the high-net-worth market.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry designations (LOMA, etc.)
Languages: Mandarin fluency is strongly desired along with English
