This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and portfolio reporting.
The Role You will be a key member of the PMO function, responsible for ensuring leadership has clear visibility of project progress, risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio performance.
Rather than acting as a purely administrative PMO, you will actively partner with Project Managers, Business Leaders, and Technology Teams to drive governance standards, portfolio insights, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support governance and reporting across a portfolio of business and technology projects
- Consolidate project updates, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource information
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPI reports, and executive presentations
- Produce high-quality materials for steering committees and senior leadership meetings
- Manage and optimize Jira and Confluence reporting structures
- Ensure projects comply with governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes
- Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across multiple workstreams
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and decision-making activities
- Work within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Project Coordination, or Project Governance roles
- Strong experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or programs
- Advanced Jira and Confluence skills
- Experience creating executive dashboards, project reporting packs, and governance materials
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise and actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Languages
- Fluent English
- Chinese reading and writing skills are highly desirable
