- Support regulatory and product-related initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Review and update product materials, including brochures, training materials, guidelines, memos, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with Product Development teams to prepare product approval and launch materials, including factsheets, checklists, product guides, and marketing collateral.
- Develop sales enablement and training materials for agency and bancassurance distribution channels.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product positioning and development activities.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of product governance and approval processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in insurance, preferably within product development, product management, regulatory projects, or business support functions.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and product governance processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
