Key Responsibilities

Lead transformation and process improvement initiatives across:
- New Business / Onboarding & Underwriting
- Claims Operations
- Policy Servicing (50+ servicing processes)

Review, map, and re-engineer complex operational workflows.

Drive operational optimization using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

Partner with business, operations, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancement programs.

Support digital and AI-related operational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Proven Project Manager experience within the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of insurance operations, particularly New Business, Claims, and Policy Servicing.

Hands-on experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and business transformation.

Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels

Consulting or transformation background preferred
