Our client, a leading insurance company, is expanding their Life Insurance Product Team to support critical, high-impact business operations initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a major new product launch across branch distribution channels and contribute to long-term 2027 modernization and infrastructure updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities across business initiatives
- Drive project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management
- Partner with business and technology teams to deliver change programs successfully
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change processes
- Support product launch initiatives and business transformation efforts
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery
- Strong understanding of business change and transformation management
- Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services environments would be a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent Cantonese and English
- Opportunity to support a significant product launch initiative
- Exposure to large-scale modernization and transformation programs
- Work with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
