Responsibilities:
- Lead regional implementation and adoption of IAM operating models, processes, and systems.
- Manage project workstreams, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Design and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and service delivery structures.
- Drive access management transformation, including ownership, accountability, and onboarding of applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, governance, and controls.
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation or change programmes within large organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and problem-solving skills.
