Your new role

Manage junior quants
Generate and review alpha ideas
Review models, back tests and code
Code when necessary
Improve existing strategies
Manage research priorities and projects
Work with CIO/founders on portfolio and risk
Recruit and train junior quants

What you'll need to succeed

You will require a Bachelors degree or above in STEM.
You will need experience in Python.
You will need experience in Quant research or Data Analytics.
You will need to be fluent in English.
