Our client, a reputable global crypto exchange, is actively seeking a quant researcher to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will develop and implement pricing strategies, risk management frameworks, and agency trading concepts through ideation, design, back-testing, and execution. You will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless and agile integration of solutions into the trading platform. Additionally, you'll need to engage in all phases of new product development, including concept generation, modeling, risk assessment, and parameter optimization.
What you offer:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a quantitative research or analyst role.
- A Master's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, or a closely related field is essential.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance and excellent problem-solving abilities, with a passion for tackling complex challenges in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in at least one analytical programming language, with Python being highly preferred.
- Experience working at an investment bank or buy side institution highly preferred
- Knowledge in trading data processing and price forecasting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms is beneficial.
- Understanding of decentralized exchange (DEX) trading is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with international partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a bonus.
