Job Responsibilities

Support research workflow: edit, format, proofread, and distribute research reports.
Coordinate full logistics of Corporate Access events (NDRs, company meetings, site visits, conferences, calls).
Manage routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily department operations.
Facilitate cross-departmental communication to support strategic initiatives.
Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services (securities firm, investment bank, brokerage preferred).
Strong communication, organizational and prioritization skills; able to support multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
