Responsibilities:
• Content & IP Building : Independently produce and host daily/weekly market reviews and in-depth analysis videos. Understand retail investor psychology deeply, translate complex logic into clear insights, and consistently build an influential personal IP;
• Investment Strategy : Develop and execute trading plans for HK/US stocks and financial derivatives, covering stock screening, valuation analysis, portfolio construction, and dynamic adjustments, focusing on identifying high-conviction opportunities;
• Risk Management & Monitoring : Track fundamentals and policy changes of holdings, adjusting strategies promptly. Strictly enforce risk control protocols, monitor exposure and positions, effectively manage drawdowns, and ensure capital safety;
• Team Collaboration : Participate in team development, share investment experience to elevate the team's research capabilities, and support management as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in securities, with hands-on experience in HK/US markets and offshore derivatives. Possesses a proven trading system with consistent profitability;
• Native Cantonese speaker with on-camera experience. Proficient in various technical indicators and analytical methods. Expertise in specific stock categories or indicators is a plus;
• Possesses a distinct investment methodology, excels at identifying trending topics and themes, offers unique insights, and has excellent writing skills;
• Able to address client queries professionally and flexibly;
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and resilient under pressure. Passionate about financial markets and driven for excellence.
