Responsibilities:

Holder of Responsible Officer license (unconditional for Hong Kong Takeovers Code transactions)
Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (“SFC”) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”) in connection with respective execution of projects
Ensure operations comply with all existing relevant regulatory requirements and applicable laws as well as risk management requirements and liaise with SFC when necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Finance、Accounting、Laws or related disciplines, oversees education is preferrable
Holder of Type-6 Responsible Officer license (unconditional for Takeovers Code transactions)
Good command of Hong Kong capital market, laws and regulations.
Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations, guidelines and experienced with verbal and written communication with SFC and HKSE;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing)
