The Retail Banking Line drives the Bank’s frontline growth, delivering comprehensive financial services through an extensive branch and digital network in Hong Kong. Managing 28 branches, it oversees end-to-end retail operations—including customer acquisition, service delivery, risk compliance, and remote customer service—to serve diverse segments and products.

Requirements

· Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player

· Excellent communication and analytical skills

· Strong passions to develop career in banking profession

· Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a plus

· Bachelor's Degree or above from an accredited university

· Immediate available is preferred
