The successful candidate will act as a servant leader, facilitating Agile delivery, removing blockers, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, business analysts, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Champion Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement across teams
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlog priorities, delivery roadmaps, and sprint objectives
- Support project planning, tracking, reporting, resource coordination, and risk management activities
- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, delivery metrics, and project milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Identify, remove, and escalate impediments, risks, and dependencies that may impact team performance or project outcomes
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between business, technology, and external stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts to ensure transparency and delivery visibility
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices across the company
- Promote a high-performing team environment that encourages innovation, engagement, and ongoing development
- 4+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, SDLC, and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile best practices
- Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting
- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is highly desirable
