Position Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Algo professional to join our Algo development team, contributing both technical and business expertise. In close collaboration with the Algo quant team, our development team is responsible for designing, developing, and managing the Algo trading platform used by traders and clients worldwide.
We are committed to fostering innovation through a quantitative, data-driven approach to trading.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Work with a team of talented Algo developers on our Algo and Analytic systems throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Partner with the quant team and trading desks to develop new features, integrate AI signals, and optimize strategies.
- Offer Algo advisory services to the business.
- Work on Wheel and custom strategies tailored for our clients.
- Conduct back-testing to refine and optimize strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams on market data, market connectivity, and execution management system projects.
- Mentor junior members of the team and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines, Master Degree is highly preferred
- 12 years/above experience in trading system development, with a strong preference for expertise in algorithmic trading.
- Proven experience working with low latency systems.
- Exceptional programming skills, with proficiency in Java or C# being highly desirable.
- Machine learning and AI theory of algorithms would be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills, with a background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- A collaborative team player who is open to new ideas and approaches.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
