Your new role

Drive business growth and develop the broker/intermediary channel, with a focus on medical and health insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, consultants, corporate clients and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and formulate sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Work closely with broker partners to understand client needs and provide suitable medical, health and employee benefits solutions.
Manage the full business development cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, proposal preparation, negotiation and business closing.
Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, operations, product and marketing to ensure smooth implementation and servicing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and broker developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Support strategic initiatives and channel development projects where required.

What you'll need to succeed

Solid experience in business development, account management or broker channel management within the insurance industry.
Experience in medical insurance, health insurance or Employee Benefits (EB) is welcomed.
Candidates with an established broker network and a strong understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market will be advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable working towards business targets.
Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Manager level.
