- Experience with analytics and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud-native data services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting CRM or customer data platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong engineering mindset with a passion for building scalable data solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
