Responsibilities:

Review and enhance the learning & talent development framework and mechanisms in order to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools.
Develop and implement organizational development initiatives and projects.
Provide effective learning and development solutions and act as a talent management / organizational development business partner.
Work closely with University, training organizations, consultants and explore learning resources and solutions proactively.
Support the procurement process for learning & talent development related initiatives.
Participate in the periodically review of learning & development policies.
Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, psychology, public relations, communications disciplines preferred.
4-5 years' relevant experience in L&D, Human Resources of Banking or sizable Mainland Corporations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong at data analysis and report writing.
Strong sense of ownership. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy / Assistant Human Resources Manager.
