Responsibilities

Legacy System Decommissioning & Data Migration:
- Analyze business rules, logics, and data structures of legacy risk applications targeted for sunsetting.
- Build detailed data mapping tables and transformation logic to migrate historical data into the central GRC engine.
Business Change & Communications:
- Develop change communication plans, user guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training decks.
- Deliver training sessions and provide rollout support to ensure seamless business adoption across multiple entities.
UAT & Test Management:
- Draft end-to-end UAT scenarios, test cases, and test scripts tailored to operational risk workflows.
- Lead and coordinate UAT execution across ~20 business testers, managing issue tracking, defect triage, and sign-offs.
Executive Decks & Visual Data Presentation:
- Translate complex risk linkages (regulations, internal policies, risk controls, investigations, and audit findings) into visual, executive-ready PowerPoint decks for leadership review.

Requirements

Experience: 6+ years as a Business Analyst, Test Lead, or Risk Systems Specialist within Financial Services/ Insurance/ Consulting.
GRC Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of core GRC processes (ie. Incident Management, Issue Management, Risk & Control Self-Assessment / RCSA, KRI tracking, and Audit Findings).
Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with enterprise GRC systems
Technical BA Capabilities: Proven track record in data mapping, business logic mapping, and UAT coordination for large-scale enterprise rollouts.
Presentation Skills: Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong ability to visualize data linkages, system architectures, and executive dashboards.
Availability: Able to start immediately
