System Analyst - Operational Risk Systems & Migration

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, smart, and hands-on System Analyst to join a high-performing Group Risk team. Working under a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will drive system migration initiatives leveraging Power Apps, Power BI to streamline Operational Risk Management platforms .

Key Responsibilities

System Migration & Enhancement: Support end-to-end ORM platform/tool migrations (leveraging Power Apps / Power BI solutions) .
System Design & Execution: Assist with system workflow design, mockups, and tracking using platforms such as Figma and Azure DevOps .
Technical & Scripting Support: Utilize basic programming logic to support data transformations, integrations, and migration execution .
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Bridge requirements between 2nd-line Risk, IT teams, and business units to deliver migration milestones .
UAT & Deployment: Facilitate testing, data validation, and documentation for newly migrated tools .

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical BA, or IT Risk Consultant from in house or consulting.
Technical Skillset:
- Prior experience with System Migration projects .
- Hands-on proficiency with Power Apps, Power BI and Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table)
- Basic programming/scripting background .
- Bonus: Hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps (project management/tracking) and Figma (UI/UX workflow design) .
Domain Knowledge: Background in Operational Risk Management, Third Party Risk
Languages: Fluent English required; Cantonese fluency is strongly preferred .
Attributes: Proactive, fast-paced mindset, sharp prioritizer, and willing to roll up sleeves
