Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, virtualisation platforms, and network-related services.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure a stable and secure production environment.
Perform system installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, backup, and recovery activities following established IT policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in infrastructure enhancement projects, system migrations, technology upgrades, documentation preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure support, system administration, or IT operations within a corporate environment.
Hands-on experience supporting Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualisation technologies, cloud platforms, backup solutions, or enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with users, vendors, and technical teams.
