As an SuccessFactors Payroll Module Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of design and delivery across Payroll solutions within our HR transformation programs. You will lead payroll functional design, configuration, and integration, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
- Conduct business requirement workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate payroll processes into system designs.
- Define and configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and pay calendars in line with client policies and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with Employee Central and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between EC, Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems.
- Manage end-to-end testing, including payroll simulations and parallel runs, to validate accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance on payroll control frameworks, compliance standards, and post-go-live support.
- Establish best practices, ensure documentation quality, and support knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors practice.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience, including 3+ full implementation cycles.
- Experience integrating payroll with Finance and time/attendance systems.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Deep understanding of core HR processes, data models, workflows, and security concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Functional Consultant role
