Design training materials customized for diverse distribution channels, including Private Banking, Commercial/Corporate Banking, Brokerage channels etc.
Deliver training programs covering life insurance product solutions, end-to-end sales advisory methodology, and core consulting skillsets.
ollaborate with group-level talent/L&D teams and key business line leaders to define strategic training roadmaps, oversee cross-channel development projects, and provide advisory input on executive-level internal/external learning events.
Organize and manage internal leadership events and external training events for sales channels.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
Project & Stakeholder Delivery: Proven track record in project management with the capability to manage multiple complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives simultaneously.
Communication & Languages: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Corporate Training Excellence: Demonstrated experience designing, organizing, and delivering corporate training initiatives within a fast-paced, highly regulated financial environment.
