Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and foster business growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to structure and deliver customized financial products and services.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about financial services industry trends.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, including client presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
A successful candidate should have:
- A degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in corporate sales within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
