A financial services organisation located in Kowloon.

Job Description

As a VP/ SVP, Cybersecurity (AI), your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies.
Leading a team to manage cybersecurity operations and incident response.
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for security audits and reviews.
Monitoring and analysing emerging threats to recommend proactive measures.
Ensuring the integration of security practices into technology projects.
Providing guidance and training to enhance cybersecurity awareness across the organisation.
Reporting to senior management on cybersecurity risks and mitigation plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP/ SVP, Cybersecurity (AI) should have:

Strong expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Proven experience in managing cybersecurity teams and operations.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in risk assessment and incident response processes.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
