Key Responsibilities
- Execute syndication processes for equity capital market transactions

- Prepare comprehensive syndicate materials and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory developments
- Analyze investor demand and contribute to post-deal performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3-7 years of ECM or investment banking experience
- Strong understanding of equity capital markets
- Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual capability in English and Mandarin
