Skills and Competencies

• 14+ years of experience in system architecture and technical leadership, with proven success designing and scaling enterprise-grade AI, distributed, and cloud-native platforms
• Deep expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and production deployment of LLM-powered applications
• Strong knowledge of multi-agent architectures, workflow orchestration, microservices, event-driven systems, and high-performance API design
• Experience building AI-driven decisioning systems, context-engineering frameworks, prompt optimization pipelines, and model observability solutions
• Proficiency in designing secure, multi-tenant architectures, state management solutions, and scalable data platforms using PostgreSQL and related technologies
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience implementing AI-powered solutions while promoting responsible, secure, and ethical AI adoption

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable multi-agent AI platforms supporting intelligent lending and financial workflow automation
• Design and optimize LLM-powered orchestration, context-engineering, prompt-management, and decisioning frameworks
• Develop secure, high-performance backend services and multi-tenant platforms using modern cloud-native technologies
• Lead distributed systems design, workflow automation, event-driven architectures, and AI infrastructure strategy
• Establish observability, performance optimization, governance, and operational best practices for AI systems
• Mentor engineering teams and drive enterprise-wide architectural standards, innovation, and long-term AI strategy

About the Team
The AI Architecture team develops next-generation intelligent lending solutions by combining advanced AI orchestration, distributed systems engineering, and real-time workflow automation. Working closely with engineering, product, and data teams, the group defines the strategic direction for AI innovation and financial technology modernization across Moody's
