Job Description

• Monitor and support data flows and file transfer processes.
• Good to have experience in windows and Linux system.
• Assist in troubleshooting file transfer failures, connectivity issues, and workflow errors.
• Support daily MFT operations and ensure successful movement of files across systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes.
• Work closely with senior engineers to resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in system health monitoring and operational support activities.
• Maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and operational procedures.
• Learn and contribute to automation initiatives for operational efficiency.

Requirements
• Communication: Clear writing, active listening, and the ability to explain technical topics in

plain terms.
• Accountability: Track record of delivering quality work, owning outcomes, and learning from

setbacks.
