About the Team & Business Line:

CitcoBank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange andcredit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients.Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access tobest-in-class process and technology.

As a core member of our Compliance team you will work closelywith internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operationalrisks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery acrossbanking services.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• You will be responsible for working with the business stakeholders to solicit their requirements and ensure these business requirements are captured and documented in a detailed manner.
• You will be responsible for designing and applying application configuration changes to align with those business requirements.
• You will co-ordinate and manage the testing and implementation of application configuration changes and ensure the successfully production deployment of each.
• You will be provide application support to the business and ensure all production issues / defects are fully investigated and addressed in a timely fashion.
• You will responsible for working with the business stakeholders to identify their reporting requirements and ensure these requirements are translated into technical requirement specifications that can be shared with the report developers.
• You take a proactive approach to solving issues, display initiative and good examples by contributing ideas for increased efficiencies and/or automation of the various business support procedures.

Qualifications

About You:

• You have a degree qualified in an IT/Business related discipline with a keen interest in financial services / data analytics.
• You have experience working with and supporting production applications.
• You have 1-3 years' experience working in an IT/Business industry.
• You possess keen troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.
• You can work on multiple projects/tasks and prioritise based on the needs of the business.
• Proven ability to build good working relationships with internal business and technology teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with global teams and adapt to different communication styles.
• Knowledge of Fenergo applications or general AML / KYC experience is desirable.
• General knowledge of databases or experience using SQL Server (T-SQL) and/or Postgres SQL is also desirable.
