Preferred: Certification Course from IGTR
Reading & writing knowledge in English /Hindi
Minimum 5 years Industrial experience in similar field
Mission
- To follow the instructions of the Workshop In charge.
- Meeting the EHS protocols.
- Ensuring the Correct Job completion in machine as per Requirement.
- Zero quality deviations & on time delivery as per required quality.
- Utilisation of equipment and resources.
- Adopting the OPEX culture as and when required.
Responsibilities
EHS:
- Must ensure that all his team workers will use all mandatory (Safety Helmet, Safety Goggle, Safety Shoes & High Visibility Jacket) and relevant work-related PPE's before starting any activity
- Conduct daily Safety Toolbox Meeting at the beginning shift.
- Must ensure implementation & sustenance of all work permits.
- Must actively participate in all Company's Safety program / drives (S7, 5S etc.)
- Must conduct monthly BBS visit & S7 audit
- Must coach all his team members on Safe Behaviours & initiate disciplinary action on any safety rule violation as per company policy.
JOB RELATED:
- Responsible for ensuring the making of correct Job as per drawing in VMC, CNC, Lathe Machine,
- A VMC Programmer is responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centres to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop CNC programs using G-code/M-code and CAM software for VMC machines.
- Adhere operation and maintenance SOP of Machine Workshop Related Equipment.
- Experience with CAM software like CAM work and Familiarity with CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.)
- Ability to read GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) drawings
- Knowledge of tooling selection and machining processes
- Interaction with Maintenance, Production & Workshop manpower
- Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force
- Understanding of Engineering Drawing and checking of shapes/mould as per drawing.
- Knowledge of Tools and Technique for workshop & Tool room.
- Experience in VMC, CNC, Lathe Machine operation & programming every type of shape.
- Knowledge of 5S.
- Involve in continuous improvement and Opex initiatives.
- Meet the customer requirement with quality and in time.
