SAP Fieldglass Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass configuration, integrations, and API development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Fieldglass solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver workforce and services procurement solutions. Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP is an added advantage.

Location - Bangalore

Work from Office (Hybrid)

Shift- 1 to 9.30Pm

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Fieldglass modules including Contingent Workforce, Statement of Work (SOW), and Services Procurement.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP Fieldglass and enterprise applications.
• Develop and troubleshoot API integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Configure business rules, workflows, approval processes, notifications, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Support testing, deployment, release management, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Create technical and functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP Fieldglass implementation and support experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass configuration and data model.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, or TIBCO.
• Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and data troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement and finance processes.
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• SAP Fieldglass, Ariba, or SAP Integration Suite certifications.
