Analyst - Regulatory Reporting & AIFMD
Your Area of Work:
Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of fund registration, regulatory reporting (UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards), and data management services, ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support fund registration and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Perform quality control checks on regulatory reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for document collection, reporting, and process improvement.
- Analyze ESG data and regulatory disclosures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of fund structures and data management systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Data Management, or related field (post-graduate preferred).
- 1-2 years' experience in investment funds, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or data management.
- Understanding of fund industry, UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards.
- Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with data validation tools and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
