Our client based near Dublin 24 are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join them to develop their team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller role will involve:

Accounts Payable

Matching invoices to Purchase orders
Inoutting invoices onto the accounting system
Creditor reconciliations
Creditor Payments

Accounts Receivable

Gathering information for processing invoices
Debtors control account
Credit control

Other

Bank reconciliations
Assisting the Finance Manager and Assistant Accountants

Suitable candidate will ideally be qualified Accounitng Technician with 2 years experience within accounts payable and accounts receivable.
