Our client, based in South Dublin, is a high-end designer of elegant bathrooms. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will involve the following duties:

All aspects of the company's day-to-day bookkeeping requirements
Management of VAT, PAYE, RCT, Intrastat and VIES returns
Management of weekly and monthly Payroll
Customer invoicing
Credit control
Supplier rebate management
Maintenance of Annual Leave roster
Preparation of monthly management accounts

Qualifications/Experience :

Accounting Technician or similar
Experience with Intact software is a distinct advantage, but not necessary as full training will be provided
Experience in Payroll Management and the use of Brightpay Software essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Highly numerate with attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised, good communicator, and team worker
Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking, and flexible
