Leading Irish law firm is looking to add to their market-leading commercial real estate team based in Dublin with the hiring of a Senior Associate. This role would suit a lawyer working in Dublin and looking to join a dynamic and innovative Irish law firm or potentially an Irish lawyer working in the UK/Overseas and looking to return home.

Overview:

The Commercial Real Estate team is at the forefront of commercial property law practice in Ireland, acting in the largest and most high-profile real estate transactions occurring in the Irish market. The role will involve:
Working directly with our international client base on complex and challenging commercial real estate transactions.
Negotiation of commercial leases and agreement for leases for both landlords and tenants.
Involved in the commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including the sale and purchase of both private and public companies
Advising owner/occupiers on the acquisition of office, industrial and manufacturing premises.
Acquisition, disposal and financing of single assets, asset portfolios and loan portfolios.
Real estate aspects of liquidations and receiverships.

Candidate Requirements:

Background in commercial real estate and experience of commercial leasing experience would be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Client focused.
Collaborative, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.

On offer is a highly competitive salary (comparable with London rates) including bonus and relocation.
