Description
Our Cavan office is a leading full-service firm for the Ulster region. We are currently seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing Taxation Team. You will play a key role in providing compliance and advisory services, the role involves working on diverse SME and private client assignments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:-
• Focused on the provision of compliance services to our diverse client base.
• Maintaining and monitoring compliance lists to ensure deadlines are met.
• Researching and resolving technical issues throughout the compliance process.
• Liaising with Managers and Partners as well as other Tax team members.
• Assisting colleagues within the firm with tax queries, research relating to clients.
• Involved in other ad-hoc tax related duties as required.
Key Requirements
Applicants should have:-
• Qualified CTA.
• 1-2 years experience in a tax practice / environment.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Client focused with strong commercial expertise.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with strong communication and leadership skills
