Client Profile - Quality Accountancy Firm, Kildare

Our client is a long established accountancy firm, based in Kildare. They provide a mix of accounts preparation, audit, tax and business consultancy to medium and smaller corporate businesses and High Net Worth clients in Leinster and Dublin. They have reputation for quality and delivery of client expectations.

Over the next 12 months, the focus of the management team is to grow their business by acquisition of new clients and by developing the existing service lines to their clients.

Role: Practice Director (Designate)

Reporting to the partners, the role will be focused on providing clients with high-level support overall business areas and will include:

• Managing and Planning client assignments
• Leading, managing and developing the team.
• Keeping the firm up to date on the latest technical developments and advising staff and management internally regarding same.
• Providing business and consultancy advice to clients regarding company development
• Identifying additional service offerings to existing clients

This role is challenging and will allow the candidate to become involved in providing solid and interesting business solutions.

The existing partners are keen to recruit a candidate who will be part of their senior management team and who can contribute to the development of their firm. There is a strong upward path to partnership.

Candidate Profile

Candidate should have a number of years experience at manager level in a quality-driven practice firm. Must demonstrate excellent customer relationship skills.
