We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Junior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support our daily accounting operations, assist with financial reconciliations, and work closely with internal teams and external partners. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in a dynamic global environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee expense reimbursements using Expensify


• Record journal entries in the accounting books


• Perform bank reconciliations


• Issue customer invoices based on data.


• VAT reporting and compliance


• Support procurement operations and vendor management

Requirements

• Basic bookkeeping knowledge - including VAT reporting, invoice registration, and bank reconciliations (mandatory)


• Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced level)


• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, Jira - an advantage


• Experience with Expensify - an advantage


• High level of English (written and verbal)


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
