La risorsa sarà inserita nel reparto IT a fianco di due professionisti senior a cui darà supporto operativo su:

Posizione
La risorsa sarà inserita nel reparto IT a fianco di due professionisti senior a cui darà supporto operativo su:
- Service desk utenti
- Preparazione pc nuovi e da sostituire
- gestione dotazione utenti (smartphone, notebook, periferiche, ecc)
- manutenzione di infrastruttura (reti, server, ecc)
- installazioni/configurazioni software e hardware.
- Ottima base infrastrutturale / sistemistica (reti, server, active directory, switch, ecc)
- Conoscenza windows 10/11 e windows server 16/19/22/25
- Buone capacità di troubleshooting
- Attitudine dinamica, proattiva e propositiva
