Posizione

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Technology Analyst, a key role focused on analysing technologies and intellectual property portfolios, including economic and market assessments, to generate strategic insights and support the development of new business programs and partnerships for the group.

The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming intellectual property and technology data into actionable business plans and strategic recommendations. The role will contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities in patent licensing, as well as supporting R&D collaborations aimed at creating and enhancing IP assets.

This position is ideal for hybrid profiles with a strong engineering background and a solid analytical and business orientation, capable of operating at the intersection of technology, market dynamics, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technology and patent landscape analyses to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
• Develop models to assess the commercial potential and value of new technologies and patent portfolios
• Support the definition and development of new licensing programs through quantitative and strategic analysis
• Collaborate with Patent Engineers and Business Development teams to translate technical insights into actionable business plans
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and materials to support executive decision-making
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with universities, research centres, and external organizations for IP development
• Contribute to the evaluation of IP acquisition, monetization, and portfolio optimization opportunities

Requisiti

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Management Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience with financial modelling is an advantage
• Understanding of intellectual property, patents, and licensing business models
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or similar) is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with patent databases and landscaping tools

Compensation & Work Model:

• Salary Range: 35.000 - 40.000
• Flexible hybrid work on a monthly basis
