Based at the Nagaoka Data Center in Niigata, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and facility management of mission-critical infrastructure that powers a large-scale digital ecosystem used by millions of customers.

Working within the Facility Management Group, you will collaborate closely with facility engineers, external vendors, and on-site management teams to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of essential data center operations. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and monthly planning meetings with on-site facility management vendors.
• Monitor critical facility alerts and coordinate timely incident escalation to maintain maximum system availability.
• Prepare maintenance approvals, documentation, and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage procurement activities, vendor work requests, purchasing processes, and administrative documentation.
• Track annual facility budgets and monitor project expenditures.
• Oversee environmental controls including server room temperature and humidity management.
• Plan and coordinate server rack installations, low-voltage power infrastructure, and data center expansion projects.
• Ensure facility operations comply with internal standards, maintenance procedures, and operational best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Basic knowledge of data center facilities, including electrical power systems, cooling infrastructure, and rack environments.
• Experience supporting infrastructure operations, facilities management, or technical building services.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance activities, or operational projects.
• Understanding of facility maintenance processes, documentation, and operational procedures.

• Experience planning server rack installations and facility capacity management.
• Familiarity with enterprise data center operations and critical infrastructure management.
