Join a leading Japan-based executive coaching and organizational development company as a Salesforce Developer, helping drive digital transformation through scalable Salesforce solutions.

This Haken contract role in Tokyo is open only to candidates who currently reside in Japan and have valid local work authorization. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance Salesforce applications supporting enterprise-scale coaching and management platforms.

The role focuses on Apex development, Salesforce unit testing, declarative development, and production deployment, offering the opportunity to work in an international technology environment while building reliable solutions for major enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Salesforce Apex applications for enterprise-scale coaching and management platforms.
• Write robust Apex unit tests to achieve strong code coverage and support reliable production deployments.
• Use programmatic Apex development alongside native Salesforce declarative features to customize and optimize the platform.
• Maintain high standards for application reliability, scalability, and production readiness.
• Support Salesforce release processes and deployments from sandbox environments through production.
• Contribute to the continued improvement of Salesforce solutions supporting the company's digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Strong hands-on professional application development experience using Salesforce Apex.
• Proven experience writing and maintaining comprehensive Apex unit tests with high code coverage.
• Demonstrated experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce release processes and deployments from sandbox to production environments.
• Must currently reside in Japan with valid local work authorization.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to develop reliable, maintainable solutions for enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Strong attention to software quality and production reliability.
• Ability to work effectively within a supportive, high-performing international technology team.

Language Requirements:

• High-level spoken and written proficiency in either English or Japanese.
• Current language profile: Japanese Conversational level and English Intermediate to Business level.
