Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for metadata, taxonomy, catalog, and product data management platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact product initiatives.
• Improve data quality, product classification, taxonomy structures, and attribute coverage through scalable automation and platform enhancements.
• Prioritize product opportunities based on customer insights, business objectives, experimentation results, and data-driven analysis.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around product vision, strategy, and execution plans.
• Drive innovation in AI-powered product discovery, search optimization, and recommendation capabilities.
• Monitor product performance metrics and continuously optimize platform capabilities to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Communicate product progress, roadmap updates, and business impact to senior leadership teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within software development, web platforms, e-commerce, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience owning products throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap planning to launch and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of platform products, data-driven decision-making, and product strategy development.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and balancing technical and business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience leveraging experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and customer behavior analytics.
