An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. You will have the chance to become a trusted client service executive for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. You will be part of a dynamic and highly motivated team within a diverse environment.
Your goal is to maximize client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You will be in touch with our bank-internal specialists (products, credit, risk, legal, compliance, operations) and handle complex account related queries and execution of all tasks and processes of the life cycle of a Wealth Management account.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional client service to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals
• Partner with relationship managers from the France & Luxembourg coverage team to identify new opportunities and undertake research requests.
• Document client profiles for onboarding purposes, perform periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines.
• Interact with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage and KYC process and on a recurring basis for operational matters.
• Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned relationship manager.
• Assist in preparing client meetings and provide comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. Draft Minutes when present in client meetings.
• Provide execution services of all kinds of transaction services requirements and product application processes: payments, deposits, loans, security transactions, statements.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance client services.
Skills:
• At least 3-5 years of experience within Wealth Management / Private Banking.
• Acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services.
• Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Client-centric and excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude, solution oriented and dynamic working approach.
• English and French language skills essentials, other languages are an advantage.
