What we produce makes a difference - to individuals, communities, businesses and society. At ArcelorMittal, the safety, health, and wellbeing of our employees are our top priorities. We believe that every accident is avoidable, and it is essential for every employee, from the shop floor to the management committee, to hold this belief.
Our purpose is to produce ever smarter steels that have a positive benefit for people and planet. - Assess and stay up to date on the market for new ByProducts, including cement, concrete, aggregates, chemical specialties, identifying potential commercial opportunities and creating premium positioning.
- Develop a market innovation strategy aimed at removing market roadblocks to unlock new client and market opportunities (e.g. expanding into precast, ready-mix concrete, aggregate, road construction, and infrastructure sectors).

- Lead a small team in executing the sales and market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
The Required Profile
