Contract type: Permanent contract full time 40h from Monday to Friday

Your mission :
As a Sales Internal Mobility Consultant, you take full ownership of a portfolio of Private and mainly SME customers.
You act as a trusted advisor, managing the customer relationship end-to-end: from advisory and offer preparation to contract renewal and long-term retention.
You combine strong account management skills with a pragmatic approach to business development, always focusing on quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Your mission :
As a Sales Internal Mobility Consultant, you take full ownership of a portfolio of Private and mainly SME customers.
You act as a trusted advisor, managing the customer relationship end-to-end: from advisory and offer preparation to contract renewal and long-term retention.
You combine strong account management skills with a pragmatic approach to business development, always focusing on quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Private and SME customers, acting as their main commercial contact
- Own the relationship from A to Z: needs analysis, consulting, offer presentation, negotiation and renewals
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships by providing tailored and value-added mobility solutions
- Drive portfolio performance via upselling, cross-selling and selective New Business opportunities
- Process qualified New Business leads in line with portfolio strategy
- Act with autonomy and accountability, ensuring risk management, margin control and compliance with policies
- Deliver a high and consistent quality of service and ensure timely, proactive customer follow-up
- Work closely with Sales Administration Support and other internal stakeholders
- Share your expertise, best practices and market insights, and contribute collectively to the achievement of team and business objectives
Your profile: :
- Master's degree with 5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven experience managing Private and/or SME customer portfolios
- Fluent in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are strong assets
- Strong customer focus and attention to service quality
- Comfortable in a changing environment and open to innovation
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Solution-oriented, resilient and reliable
